Our Team this time…
Not necessarily in order:
Kelvin, Mary, Gracie, Paco, Travis, Greg, Stacy, Brenda, Dillon and
myself.
The
cast of characters at our local bar and grill (Sit N Bull) including owners,
staff, the chef, and MANY local patrons held a fundraiser and chose Feed More
People as the charity. They raised and donated over $450.00 as well as food,
clothing, and many prayers and good wishes. Praise God for all of them!
We
carried several loads to the traffic triangle where we were feeding.
Mary
told us she felt lead to have us cook live downtown on our little corner.
Kelvin and Paco and Travis loaded up a HUGE grill and
brought it down. Here we were in the middle of a busy traffic triangle downtown
Our
new friends Lance, Tim, Liam, and John
Mary,
Brenda, and Stacy prepped the food and clothing
We
had a lot of clothing due to our friends at Sit N Bull – Clothes were a hit as
winter approaches.
Paco manned the grill with help from Travis
Dillon
was sporting a cool “doo” and had some chips
We
started the line through and Gracie and Greg and Dillon served drinks and chips
and deserts while Mary and Brenda and Stacy served hotdogs. Paco
kept the grill in high production.
Many
took Bibles (both in Spanish and English)
Kelvin
walked the perimeter of the traffic triangle reading the Bible out loud and
praying for our efforts.
Many
asked for Prayer this time…
We prayed with Dave
about his possible apartment and about his broken blood vessel in his head.
Please pray for him.
We prayed with Robert
about his girlfriend and their baby Bon Ray.
His girlfriend is bipolar and the baby was taken away by social services
last week. Please pray for all of them.
Please
pray also for James, Jay, John, Lance, Frank, Tom, Liam, and Shaneesh
Today
we fed hot dogs, chips, cookies, pies, brownies, pop, Gatorade, and bottled
water.
We
also provided several large bags of warm clothes.

to ALL of you again who prayed and who continue praying for this ministry!!
We
also gave out several Bibles. Please pray for those people who took them to
find wisdom and God’s Love in them.
A
SPECIAL thanks to Sit N Bull and all there who participated in the fundraiser
to benefit the homeless. We were honored and humbled to participate in that
effort.

coats, shirts, sweaters, gloves, socks, hats, scarves, backpacks, shoes/boots,
duffels, sleeping bags/blankets) or if you would like to come along or donate
toward the food. PLEASE pray about our efforts and especially for these people
listed here!!! Prayers do not cost you ANYTHING!!

35 For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was
thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me
in, 36 I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick
and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.'
37 Then the righteous will answer him, 'Lord, when did we see
you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? 38 When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? 39 When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?'
40 The King will reply, 'I tell you the truth, whatever you
did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.'
